Information you provide
When you contact H&K HVAC by phone, email, or the website service-request form, you may provide your name, contact information, service location, property type, and details about the requested work.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to your request, confirm service availability, prepare for a service conversation, provide estimates, and communicate about requested HVAC work. H&K does not state that customer information is sold.
Website requests
The current website form prepares an email in your device’s email application. Your message is not sent until you review and send it from that application. Your email provider’s privacy practices may also apply.
Retention and security
Contact and service information may be retained as reasonably needed for customer communication and business records. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may contact H&K to ask about information you previously submitted or request a correction. Legal recordkeeping requirements may limit some requests.
